| Q. How long does it take to create a web site for my Agency or business? |
| A. Generally, we try to have all sites completed within 7 days or less, although we do try to cater to those who need their site completed yesterday. Once your site layout is complete, all we will really require from you is a brief bio of you and your Agency, along with a list of services you offer - sent by e-mail. The faster we receive that information, the faster we can get your site completed. |

| Q. What other fees are involved in creating our web site? |
| A. NONE! Our fees are exactly what are advertised on our site - we don't charge setup fees, monthly maintenance fees (usually a scam!), extra fees for search engine optimization (included) or any other hidden fees. We believe in letting our clients know exactly what they will be paying up front, so there are no surprises at the end of the day. |

| Q. I don't know too much about computers - will this be a problem? |
| A. Absolutely not! We pride ourselves on making the entire design process a simple, and hopefully, enjoyable one. We take care of all the technical details for you. We handle all the uploading and downloading of your files and configuration of your site from start to finish. Should anything technical or complicated arise that you may need to do, we will walk you through it step by step (at no extra charge!) |

| Q. I don't have a domain name; where do I get one? |
| A. We don't supply domain names or register them for you. The reason being that you don't want anyone but YOU owning your web site address. However, purchasing a domain name is a very straightforward and simple process. We recommend for purchasing domains -- good price, and excellent service (we are not affilliated with GoDaddy nor do we receive a commission on sales). |

| Q. Why is your hosting so cheap? |
| A. The simple truth is, that unless you have a very large, elaborate site that requires huge amounts of disk space or special programming on the server, hosting should NEVER cost you more than $10 a month! If you are paying more than that, you are probably paying too much. We believe in charging our clients what they should be charged for hosting, not what we'd like to charge, as others do. |

| Q. What is your refund policy? |
| A. We do not require payment with your initial order, and no money is due until you have seen and approved the completed layout of your web site. By the time you pay for your site, the majority of the work will already have been completed and approved by you. As such, we do not offer refunds. |
